Exchange / Returns

Hey there, Coppernik is here to help you. In case you have Exchange or Return you can let us know and we will help you out. Please note - For COD purchase we do not provide refund in bank or UPI, rather we give in-store credit of the same amount for any future purchases. For Prepaid purchases we refund the amount directly in bank within 7 working days of receiving the parcel. 

100/- reverse pickup charge will be deducted at the time of issuing refund.
