What is the expected delivery time for my package?
- 1-day Delivery for Customers from Mumbai (Except Bank holidays and weekends).
- Typically, we send out orders within 1-2 business days. After shipping, it generally takes 7-9 business days for delivery.
- However, please keep in mind that the delivery time might differ based on your postal code and other factors like public holidays and extreme weather conditions.
Do I need to pay any extra fees for shipping?
- Currently we are offering Free Deliveries across India <3
What is the process for canceling or modifying my order?
- If you want to make any changes in your order, please write us a mail or call us on the customer care number given. Once the Order is dispatched, no changes can be made
- For cancellation of your order, reach out to our customer care number or email us on hello.coppernik@gmail.com. Once your order has been shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it.

What is process to Exchange or Return the product?

What will happen I am unavailable while reverse pickup is attempted?
Return Pickup will happen twice by the company, in case you miss it you will have to send it via courier to the company's head office.
What is the estimated time frame for receiving a refund for my returned items?
- It will take nearly 15 days for us to received the product and process the refund.
- Â PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.
- For COD, customer will be given "In-store" credit to buy any new product within 30 days of return.
- We deduct flat 100/- processing fees for reverse pickup service. You can refer to our Return policy page for more details
What should I do in case I receive Wrong/damage/incomplete/defective order from Coppernik
- For any defective/ damaged/incomplete/wrong order delivered, we request you to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order with the images of the product received. Please keep in mind the following–
- You need to send a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 pictures
- Kindly ensure the images are clear and the damaged/defective/missing part of the outfit is highlighted for clear visual.
- You must send us an image of the original labels and tags intact along with the invoice.
- In case you face any technical difficulties in following this process, kindly get in touch with us on hello.coppernik@gmail.com. We will then investigate the case and reply within 48 hours with the best available resolution.
- Any such complaint raised after 48 hours of receiving the order may not be considered.
