Refund policy

Can I return the Product and receive a refund for it? 

Yes, of course, we provide refund on products in original condition. You need to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. You can Refer to our FAQs section for more details.

After receiving the request we will get in touch with you via email within 24 - 48 hours Monday to Friday. All return request emails sent on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.

• It will take nearly 15 days for us to receive the product and process the refund.
•  PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.
• For COD, customers will be given "In-store" credit to buy any new product within 30 days of return.
• We deduct flat 100/- processing fees for reverse pickup service. You can refer to our Return policy page for more details

The company holds the right to reject a return request.

You need to make sure the product is in its original condition with all the tags and no signs of wear and tear.

Refund happens usually within 7 business days.
